Sept. 5 has gone by and no bebe davis yet...but doctors give 2 weeks
after that date until they insist on getting the baby out, so we are
amusing ourselves as best we can and trying to be patient. Roblin did a
plaster cast of my belly, we spend lots of time in parks and
playgrounds enjoying the warm weather, we've spent some lovely time
with good friends and uncle scott here in seattle, Forrest got a real
haircut at a barbershop, I've been walking as much as i can and also
engaging in cheap retail therapy at the massive goodwill outlet nearby
(the hugest of huge charity shops where clothing is sold by weight, not
by item!). Maya is the only one with a real schedule at the moment; she
began her last year of high school YIPPEE last week and her life has
quickly become busy with school, homework, activities and friends.

our bag for the hospital is packed, the plans for the kids in place
with carol and andrew "on call" for pizza duty, uncle scott excited to
be the driver, the tiny little nappies are sitting on the shelf, the
car seat is hanging out in the back seat of the car looking very shiny
and new...
